The faith that gives our hearts to God is not separated from the responsibilities of life. That faith must also appear in doing honestly what we must do and in giving people what is rightfully theirs. If we put religious words first while shifting losses onto others or neglecting promises, we are using the Lord’s word to suit our own benefit. One who believes in the grace received must examine his own words and actions by the word.
